In your most recent question response, you mentioned William Segal. I've been looking for his works in bookstores, and a bit online. Is there a particular collection of his works that you know about that might be available on amazon? I'd like to read more of his work than just what I've found on tumblr.
Also, I too must thank you for all your wonderful posts.

Dear Troisenator,

Thank you. William Segal was an extraordinary man. I never met him personally, he passed away on May 16th, 2000, but I know many people who were touched by his presence. There are two books by him. The first is a book of poetry by him entitled, “Openings,” that is absolutely incredible and the second is a memoir filled with his own writings as well as interviews, photographs and so on. It’s called, “A Voice at the Borders of Silence.”

There is also a remarkable film about him by the director Ken Burns called, “Seeing, Searching, and Being.”

I don’t know if you’ve seen my blog Intense City, but you can find many of his poems, writings and a few photographs there.

warm regards,

Luke
