Join Parabola editors Tracy Cochran, Jeff Zaleski, acclaimed storyteller Diane  Wolkstein, musician and world traveler Jeff Greene and other special  guests for an afternoon of music, meditation, and a rekindling of the  lost arts of storytelling and conversation. The highlight will be a  performance from the Monkey King Epic, which tells the story of how  Buddhism came to China. Fall under the spell of the impetuous Money King  and his guide and minder, a determined Buddhist monk, as they travel  from China to India to bring back the Buddha’s scriptures. This event is  suitable for adults and children, and will benefit both New York Insight and Parabola.
